Content Removal and Copyright

Updated on October 18, 2026

This page is for people who hold rights to content, or appear in it, and don’t want it downloaded with our tools.

We don’t host videos

  • Videos, photos and audio stay on the platform where they were posted.
  • When someone pastes a link, our server fetches the public file at that moment and passes it to them without keeping a copy. The download link, on dl.pegaclip.com.br, expires after 15 minutes.

So to take the content down, also file a request with the platform itself, through its copyright form.

What we can do

  • Block links: the posts you list stop working in our tools.
  • Block a whole profile: no post from that profile works here anymore, including posts published after your request.

We can’t delete the post from the platform or copies someone already downloaded.

Who can ask

  • The author or rights holder.
  • The profile owner.
  • A person who appears in the video or photo, to protect their own image.
  • A representative, such as a lawyer, agency or rights management company, with proof of authority.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject “Removal” and include:

  1. Your full name and an email address for our reply.
  2. Your relationship to the content: author, profile owner, person shown, or representative. Representatives send a power of attorney or written authorization.
  3. The platform and the exact post links, one per line. To block a profile, send the @handle and the profile link.
  4. What you want: block the listed links or the whole profile.
  5. The reason: copyright, image rights, trademark or other.
  6. This statement: “I declare in good faith that the information in this request is accurate and that I am the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.”

If something is missing, we’ll reply and tell you what.

We’re based in Brazil and handle requests under Brazilian law. If you send a DMCA-style notice, we’ll process it through this same procedure.

Blocking a whole profile

To block a profile, we need to confirm it’s yours or that you represent the owner. The fastest way: we send you a short code, you add it to the profile bio and reply to our email. Once it’s confirmed, you can remove the code. Companies can also confirm by writing from an email address on their official domain.

Timeline and what happens next

  • We reply within 2 business days.
  • Once approved, the link or profile goes on our blocklist. Anyone who tries it sees a message saying the content was blocked at the rights holder’s request.
  • The block stays in place until the rights holder asks us to lift it.

Intimate content or minors

If your request involves nudity or intimate content shared without consent, or a child or teen being abused, use the subject “Urgent”. These requests go to the front of the line: we block the link first and verify afterward.

Please also report child sexual abuse material to the authorities: in the US, through the NCMEC CyberTipline; in Brazil, through SaferNet.

Blocked by mistake

If your own content was blocked because of someone else’s request, email us with the subject “Dispute”, send the links and show that the content is yours. We review it within the same 2 business days.

False requests and user data

  • Requests with false information are refused. Impersonating a rights holder can have legal consequences.
  • We don’t disclose data about people who used our tools without a court order.

Removal form

Fill in the fields below. You get a reference right away, and we reply to your email within 2 business days. To dispute a block, email the address on this page with the subject Dispute.

What to block
One link per line, up to 50, all from the same network. Use the full post link (short share links don’t work).
Tell us what happened and how you prove the content is yours (e.g.: I’m writing from the official domain’s email).
