Terms of Use

These terms apply to anyone using pegaclip.com.br. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

The service

The site offers, for free and with no sign-up:

• downloads of videos, photos and audio from public Instagram posts;
• extra tools for content creators.

The tools don’t work with YouTube, music services, stories, private accounts or adult content.

We don’t host videos. The tool fetches the public file from the original platform at the moment you ask and passes it to you without keeping a copy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you’re under 18, use the site with a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge.

The content belongs to its creator

Only use the tools for:

• your own content;
• content you have permission to use;
• personal use, like watching offline or checking what someone said.

Reposting someone else’s video, using it in ads or selling it can infringe copyright and the image rights of the people in it. What you do with the file is your responsibility. If you repost with permission, credit the creator.

What’s not allowed

You may not:

• post, sell or monetize other people’s content without permission;
• try to access stories, private accounts or anything that requires a login;
• use the site to monitor, stalk, expose or harass anyone;
• download illegal content, such as child sexual abuse material or intimate images shared without consent;
• use bots, scripts or automated integrations without our written permission;
• get around the limits or the anti-bot check, for example by rotating IP addresses;
• attack, overload or probe the site for vulnerabilities without permission;
• embed the tools on another site or resell the service.

We may block access without notice if you break these rules. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Limits and abuse controls

• Every download request goes through Cloudflare’s anti-bot check.
• There are request limits per IP address and per session. Excessive or automated-looking requests may be refused or blocked.
• We may change these numbers to keep the site running. The current limits are shown on each tool’s page.

Provided “as is”

We do our best to keep everything working, but we can’t promise that:

• every link will always work. Platforms change without notice, and extraction can fail for hours or days;
• the site will be available without interruption.

We may change, pause or discontinue tools at any time. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

No affiliation

PegaClip is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Instagram, LLC. All trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to say which links the tools work with.

Ads

Google AdSense ads pay for the site, and we don’t pick each ad that appears. No download button is an ad. We never ask you to install an app or extension, or to turn on notifications, to unlock a download. If an ad does, let us know.

Content removal

Rights holders can ask us to block links or profiles in our tools through the removal page or by email at [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days and keep a blocklist.

Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Requests about your personal data: [email protected].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you’re a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live, and you can take a claim to your local courts when that law allows it.
