Cookie Policy

Updated on October 18, 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember something, like whether you passed the anti-bot check or what you chose in “Cookie preferences”. Some are ours. Others come from providers like Cloudflare and Google. Similar technologies, like your browser’s local storage, follow the same rules as cookies on this page.

How you choose

Outside the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the site doesn’t show a cookie notice when you arrive: analytics and personalized ads are on, and you can turn them off at any time. Click “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page to see two buttons.

  • Accept turns on analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and personalized ad cookies.
  • Decline keeps those cookies off. You’ll still see ads, just not personalized ones. Those ads may still use cookies to limit how often you see the same ad, measure results and fight fraud.

To change your mind, go back to “Cookie preferences”. We remember your choice for 12 months. After that, the default applies again: on until you decline.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google’s consent message instead, with choices by purpose and by vendor. There, analytics and personalized ads only turn on after you consent.

Categories

  • Necessary: security, the anti-bot check, usage limits, language, your cookie choice and your last result. You can’t decline them in “Cookie preferences”, because the site doesn’t work without them, but you can block them in your browser.
  • Analytics: they count visits and show which pages help (Google Analytics). You can decline them.
  • Advertising: they show and measure ads, limit repeats and, if you accept, personalize them (Google AdSense and partners). You can decline personalization, not the ads themselves.

Main cookies

  • Cookie choice (pegaclip.com.br): remembers whether you accepted or declined. Lasts 12 months.
  • Last result (pegaclip.com.br, in your browser’s session storage, sessionStorage): keeps the file list from your last search, so it doesn’t disappear if the tab reloads, for example when you come back from the Files app. It stays on your device and never reaches our server. It lasts up to 15 minutes, as long as the links are valid, and is gone when you close the tab.
  • __cf_bm (Cloudflare): tells people apart from bots. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): tell visitors and sessions apart. Last 2 years.
  • __gads and similar (Google AdSense): show and measure ads and limit repeats. Last 13 months.
  • IDE (Google, on the doubleclick.net domain): ads on partner sites and, if enabled, personalization. Lasts 13 months in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and 24 months elsewhere.

Providers change cookie names and lifetimes from time to time. On a computer, you can see the exact list in your browser’s developer tools: press F12, open the “Application” tab, then “Cookies”.

Google advertising cookies

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, go to Google Ads Settings.
  • Other vendors and ad networks may also use cookies here. To opt out of their personalized advertising, visit optout.aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
  • More details: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.

To block Google Analytics on every site, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Managing cookies in your browser

Blocking all cookies can break the anti-bot check, and then the download button won’t unlock. If you want to block something, block third-party cookies only.

  • Chrome on Android: three-dot menu > Settings > Site settings > Third-party cookies. To delete them: Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data.
  • Safari on iPhone: Settings > Apps > Safari (on older iOS versions, Settings > Safari). That’s where “Block All Cookies” and “Clear History and Website Data” are. “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” is on by default and blocks third-party cookies.
  • Chrome on desktop: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Clearing your cookies also clears your choice. If you had declined, decline again in “Cookie preferences”.
