Email is our only official channel. There are three addresses, one for each topic:
- Questions, bugs, suggestions, suspicious ads and security: [email protected]
- Copyright and removal: [email protected]
- Your personal data: [email protected]
Any profile or phone number that claims to be our support and asks for a payment, a password or a code is not us.

What to send when something breaks
- The full link to the post. Copy it with the app’s Share button, then “Copy link”, and don’t edit it.
- What happened, and the exact error message.
- Your device and browser, for example “iPhone 13, Safari” or “Pixel 7, Chrome”.
- Roughly when it happened.
- A screenshot, if you can.
For a suspicious ad, like one that looks like a download button, sends you to a fake page or asks you to install something, send a screenshot, the page where it appeared and the time. That lets us block the advertiser.
Never send passwords, verification codes or card details. We never ask for them.
Before you write: common errors
“We couldn’t find that post.” The post was deleted, belongs to a private account, or is age- or region-restricted. Try opening the link in a private window. If the platform asks you to log in to see the post, our tool can’t get it either.
“That doesn’t look like a link.” What you pasted has no link in it, or the link got cut off. Copy it again with the Share button, then “Copy link”.
“That’s a profile link, not a video.” You copied the account page. Open the video and copy its link. The guide on how to copy an Instagram link shows where Copy link is.
The download finished but I can’t find the file. On iPhone, open the Files app and go to the Downloads folder. On Android, open your file manager and go to Downloads, or use “Downloads” in Chrome’s menu.
“We couldn’t confirm you’re not a robot.” Reload the page, turn off your VPN or any aggressive blocker, and check that your device’s date and time are correct.
YouTube or music service links. They don’t work here. Those services are out of scope.
Other topics
- Copyright and blocking content: removal page or [email protected].
- Personal data: privacy policy or [email protected].
- Security issues: email [email protected] with the subject “Security” and explain how to reproduce the problem. Don’t exploit it any further than needed to show it exists.
